Turtle Mountain Tibal Response Program/Brownsfields The Tribal Response Program (TRP) provides onsite monitoring of Hazardous wastes issues on the Turtle Mountain Indian Resevation.

TRP
The TRP is relatively new to the Tribal EPA Department; however strides to make the program more pronounced and effective have come a long way. The four basic components of the TRP are:

* Inventory of Potential Brownfield sites
* Solid Hazardous Waste Code Development
* Public Record Development and Public Participation
* Cleanup Plan Approvals
